Being General Bruce is much more a responsibility than an ego trip. I looked around
and saw a need. Leadership with a humble loving heart is what I thought the Peace
Movement needed.
Leadership that is open to the many aspects of Peace and Justice, while keeping in
mind the GIVENS and FACTS of the world needs to be centralized in what I call "My
Reality." I try to embody all the varied fronts of the Movement.
I have many advisers, helpers and elders who keep me in line as I try to march
forward at the front of "Peace and Justice Reality."
The "World" has many Generals who are trained in the traditions of war. I am hoping
to start traditions of Peace and Justice Leadership for others to learn from. Ain't
gonna study War No More, can mean Unlearning War. In my writings "Opposite of
War" I try to lay out how war study can provide a template to peace.
