Waging Peace at War’s Pace
means responding with the same immediacy as you would to
combat but in peaceful ways, so it is a, be here now thing.
I know most people want world peace.
Intending to do much good is the first step, maintaining that
intention is the Waging part.
I’m Waging Peace at War’s Pace because I rationalize “it is
better to give than receive, ya got to give it away to keep it,
what goes around comes around, share and share alike etc...
Simple Rationalizations.
Materialism, disguised as prosperity is like having one Rolls
Royce to get 100 people to the grocery store.
Planning for peace where profit for one is profit for all, will
get us far closer to fulfilling the directive “On Earth as it is in
Heaven.”
A peace economy is where the wealthy are embarrassed by
their luxury, and have to decide whether to give it away or
dole it out in a responsible manner.
I don’t know about you but when I join a club I expect to pay
all my dues.
At War’s Pace means actually going through resources and
personnel at the rate of open combat, in ways that help
people, heal the land and lead to stable peace.
I think a hundred years plan for World Peace is in order!
Waging Peace at War’s Pace, seeks truth, justice and
equality, at the expense of comfort, preference, and privilege.
Waging Peace requires a humble home, friends, and a
mission.
Waging Peace at War’s Pace, is another way to say, “Love
your Neighbor as Yourself” in no uncertain terms.
Bending over backwards to help is what love is all about.
Many have died waging peace but even more have died
because not enough people waged peace.
Be warned, some ways of thinking don’t profit from peace,
but all people need love, love covers a multitude of sin and
war is the worst.
Being vigilant at our post, in our time, will get the job done for
all time.
If people were preoccupied with peace and justice in the
world, like they are about sports, fashion, movies, gossip,
danger and sex, it wouldn’t take long for us to see a whole
heep of improvements in the world.
If the most wealthy need tax breaks to improve the economy
for all of us, how freaking rich to they need to be, so we all
have enough?
I tell ya, if the republicans want this to be “One Nation under
God” we had better act like it and take care of the needy like
a Christian Nation would.
I think it’s time they wake up and smell the Gospel, The
Gospel of Peace that is.
If war brings out the worst in people, then waging peace
should bring out the best in people.
If war is hell, then a war-based economy is Satan’s system of
money distribution.
After WW2 the free world set up dictatorship after despot
after bogus democracy, setting the stage for today’s turmoil.
A world friendly to corporations, who manipulate populations,
so crafty individuals can amass vast storehouses of
prosperity.Other whole industries are hell bent to turn a profit
when violence is the answer.
A peaceful legal revolution televised on C-span 3 4 5 and 6
could be just the house cleaning the America and the UN
needs.
Peace and Justice costs, it pays dividends, but it costs.
The thousand year Reign of Christ’s Peace may be right
around the corner and we need to be preparing for a world at
Peace.
When they hurl insults at us, give them the truth.
There is so much more about us, that anger is the last thing
we want to share.
If we live for peace, we will get to peace, by thinking peace
we feel peace, and when we feel like acting for peace, we
create peace in the physical world.
